Positive: Nicely refurbished cottage in great location close to shops and beach

Negative: One of the bedrooms was in a sleep-out which was not made clear on the website, only notified after the booking was confirmed. This caused problems with our children who were too young to sleep out on their own. The bathroom basin tap was non functional, in fact fell apart and needs repair. There were ants in the kitchen pantry. The living room was very small, not large enough for the 8 guests to relax in. In total I received 36 emails from Stay Waiheke regarding my booking which I found unnecessarily intrusive.
